Blogged Down?

Five months after our official website re-launch, we are finally tiptoeing into the world of blogging!  So be gentle ;)  First, let’s see who’s reading.  What did you all think of the title: “Chef’s Corner”?  Originally, we wanted to use our acronym “STF” somehow.  Eleni came up with “Savor This” but that left the issue of the “F”.  Then I thought, let’s go A-Team on this blog: “Savor This, Fool!”  Eleni vetoed that pretty quickly.  Our website designer (PurrDesign shoutout-purrdesign.com) suggested this title and we thought it was a great compromise.  Of course your feedback is always appreciated. 

Our main goal with this blog is to provide interesting,  relevant content related (primarily) to the food, hospitality, and catering industry.  Like you, we find lots of other things intriguing so you may find plenty of random posts as well.  Eleni and I will tag team writing duties and we apologize in advance for typos, grammatical errors, run-on and/or fragment sentences.  We are chefs afterall, and our passion is food; writing, not so much.  Aaahhh, food. We love creating, preparing, playing with, displaying, and eating food; and we love seeing others enjoy our food too.  We can’t believe we get paid for all this fun!  Seriously, we hope this blog will entertain you, teach you some new things, and keep you coming back for more.  If there are topics you’d like us to discuss, please let us know!  Leave us a comment here or email us (info@stfcatering.c0m).  In the meantime, Savor This, Friends!
